Jakes Home

Just a quick one to day.... Emma rang me to let me know that he is home ....with a drain ... and a dressing that will not stay stuck ....well have you ever tried to stop a 4 year old talking and eat with out mess. He has loads of follow up appointments and she has to see their own Doctor to day ...that will be fun as you have to know you will be ill 2 days in advance where they live ...she says she will just sit and wait until she sees someone ...and with 3 young children getting bored ...and noisey .... she hopes it will not be too long lol.

We shall have to just wait to see if the infection returns and to see the final results ....thank you again for all your posative thoughts and prayers ...they really helped ... please keep him in your hearts for the next little while.

Thank You xx

Hi Angie,
Really sorry to read that Jake has had such an ordeal, I do hope that the infection really has gone now and that things heal as they should. A great worry for you all, and I guess it could be quite sore for Jake for a while. Anyway, lots of sympathy and kind thoughts, P xx

Just lovely to hear that he's home. Yes, our daft Doctors are like that too - good for her and good luck on her 'camp out' there :)

p.s yes - much walking will be done with bubby and the new pram here too. Have no fear. Lovely new car, can't afford to run it! hahaha! So we are managing to get away with using it just twice a week at the moment and saving the petrol for when we need to get to Hastings and do some bits for Craig's Mum.

Thanks for your visit Angie.
It’s not surprising that you don’t feel like crafting at the moment, especially with so much going on but I’m pleased to hear that Jake’s home. Hopefully they are on top of the infection and he’ll be back to his old self in no time.

Have a good week.
