WOYWWAC Thanks every one for teaching me so many things

HAPPY BIRTHDAY WOYWW

So … What IS On my Workspace this 52
nd Wednesday? ….
That’s easy …my effort for the Birthday Challenge.

Time is Relative …whether it is the lifetime of a butterfly …or flower … or us … it is still a lifetime. This year the weeks have become somehow shorter … they seem to only contain 5 days …and the reason is WOYWW ... as soon as one has arrived, we look forward to the next so I used TIME as a theme.

‘WOYWW’ is found in three places …both sides and amongst the Zentangle.

.

As I said last week, I have nosed through so many craft areas, shared folks’ ups and downs and learnt so many crafty things. I have learnt that you do not need to meet someone in order to feel that they are a friend and I now know I can be more daring and experimental … in fact I have started to believe that I can be a little ‘arty’ too.

I have probably taken too many shots but I wanted to show the elements that make up this work because I have used a lot of acquired knowledge on this ‘Wall Art’ thingy and I have recycled too, as it was a small shelf unit. Sorry .... it has yet to be hung but I ran out of time to do that … at least I finished ‘it’ … just …but there was a moment on Monday …when a divider got stuck fast, as I was putting it back ..it was half way in ...would it budge ...not for love nor money ... the whole thing nearly got assigned to the bin but I gave it another yank ... and I won. LOL.

I will visit all the blogs this week but it may take me ALL week to do it, as I really don’t want my back to get worse …please bare with me …I shall do it in number order so I know where I am.

I am really looking forward to seeing all the creations

Take Care xx

Angie-oh I do love this. Can't believe all the amazing stuff that I'm seeing this morning. I've got to shop but can't drag myself away. Julia really has had a wonderful idea. That is specacular and you are the queen of zentangle. This is like the Bloomsbury group only better. LOL Can the girl get deeper-probably but DH is waiting for breakfast and starvation looms BettyXXX

I was glad to read that you were confused by the link today, too, Angie. I thought it was just me.

Love the WOYWWAC! I can't believe all the detail and such in the zentangle art. No, you didn't take too many photos. The rich detail in this piece is a fitting tribute to all those techniques and styles you have learned and tried. Your box reminded me that we are all different and you took us into consideration when you designed the decorations. Way to go.

Angie it's amazing - and I'm so proud of you - that would have been me - one small problem and throw it out in a hissy fit! You've really extended yourself and it's a fabulous arty piece..WOW. It's taking me 2 days to visit everyone too, so don't worry - just know how much ANYONE appreciates being visited - especially when you leave one of your not deliberately witty comments - honestly - over this year your sage advice or dry observations have floored me more than once - yep, best part of WOYWW is the friends.

Oh Angie It has taken me all this time to put you lot together. How dim I am. I am sitting here with a notebook on my knee writing down all the blogs I've put comments on because if I don't I have to keep looking to see if I've already commented.I suddenly realised I'd seen those little boys and that gruffalo somewhere else-and those adorable pussy cats! Oh Angie - that is adorable and so 'arty' - you should really be proud of it. I loved your words about not having to meet people in order to think that they are your friend... I feel that too - and would say i have more friends on here than I could ever have wished for - and i really think that i could turn to most of them for sound advice or just to vent off (infact I have!!!) LOL. Thank you for all your kind words and love over the time that i've 'known' you... very much appreciate.

hugs and Happy WOYWW Anniversary!

What a fantastic project Angie, well deserving of all the photos, it really is beautiful. Sorry to hear your back is still playing you up, oddly enough sitting up right on the plane for 11 1/2 hours (should have been 7 1/2!) going to England helped mine tremendously.

Take care of yourself,
Hugs

Hi Angie. Thank you so much for your lovely comments and for visiting my blog. The ingredients for the Key Lime Pie is as follows. 1 tub of Mascapone cheese, 1 lime jelly, 2 limes and juice of 1 lemon, half pint of double cream and sprinkles for the top if used. I made the base with 200 gms of ginger biscuits and 100 gms melted butter. Mix the cheese in a bowl and add half of the cream. ( I added in liquid form and not whipped). Melt the jelly and make up to half pint with juice of the limes and zest of the limes and juice of the lemon. Add the cooled jelly mix gradually to the cheese and cream and then pour onto the cooled biscuit base. Chill. Use the remainder of the cream to whip into swirls. Decorate. *Ü* ~Glen~

I LOVE your creation Angie and especially the Zentangle. TFS.
